Against the blue sky and the green trees, the project is a conversion of a three-storey residential block built in 1960s in South Bay, Hong Kong.

The team provided services from condition survey up to completion of renovation, with concerted effort made during the renovation to upgrade the building envelope performance while creating space suitable for contemporary living.   Certain architectural features such as the stair railing are retained.  At the same time, insertion of deep timber window sills, thin copper strips in between stone cladding, and use of light beige window frames, herringbone teak floor, terracotta banguette at varying colours and intervals; the design creates a subtle material palette and details that brings in the delight and comfort of home living in the south side of Hong Kong Island.
